Resident Appreciation Program

Loyalty Should be Rewarded.

TPPM is proud to offer its Resident Appreciation Program which has been established to demonstrate our appreciation for residents who have lived at a TPPM property for 10 or more years.

Program Details

• Residents will receive discounted rent on or one month after the anniversary of their move-in month for their 10th year of tenancy and each 5 year milestone thereafter.
• The discount will effectively make the rent for the anniversary month equal to the initial full monthly rent amount at time of move-in.

How to Participate

• Submit the request form below within 30 days before or after your anniversary dates outlined above to be eligible to participate.
• Not available at all locations.

Terms and Conditions

• Residents must have a fully signed TPPM lease agreement on file (month-to-month agreements are sufficient).
• Residents must be in compliance with all TPPM lease terms.
• Tenancy must be consecutive within the same rental unit to qualify.
• Returning or transferring residents must have been in their current unit for at least 10 years to qualify.
