At Torrey Pines Property Management, we are always looking for talented and experienced property management professionals with a passion for customer service and friendly, outgoing personalities to join our team.

We have an opening for a resident manager at a property in El Cajon. The manager must live on site at the 17-unit property: Oakdale Apartments at 1386-1390 Oakdale Ave., El Cajon 92021. This community has an on-site laundry room. The resident manager's apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom unit at reduced rent. The position requires approximately 5-8 hours per week at $25-$30/hour DOE.

Responsibilities include collecting rents, responding to residents' inquiries, filling vacancies, preparing lease documents and coordinating repairs and improvements.

Knowledge of AppFolio and On-Site software preferred. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills and basic email, fax, printing and scanning skills required.
