We will gladly provide a $100 rent credit when you refer a friend or family member who rents an apartment or home from us.*

Of course, in addition to confirming the reference connection, the referred party must qualify, sign a minimum 6 month lease, move in and pay their first month’s rent in order for you to receive the “100” referral fee.

*Offer only applies to new leases. You must be a current resident of Torrey Pines Property Management with a signed lease agreement on file, and you must be in compliance with all TPPM lease terms. This offer can only be redeemed if the person you refer rents from the property you currently reside in. Excludes roommate changes, transfers and lease take overs. Offer does not apply to Torrey Pines Property Management employees. Other restrictions may apply.
